Hey, first timer here. I found this spider who initially was nesting under a concrete staircase, but moved to a tree in front of the house. He/she has been around for a long time. I have taken care no one disturbs it for some time now. I havent been able to identify him.

Welcome to the group. This is one of the Golden Silk Orb Weavers, one of the Nephila species in the family Araneidae.
