Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a male Southern House Spider (Kukulcania hibernalis). They often are mistaken for Brown Recluse (Loxosceles reclusa) but are easy to distinguish by the extra long leg-like appendages (pedipalps) near the spider’s mouth.
