Hi it is a black and yellow banded garden spider, Argiope aurantia.
I like how you took the photo differently than most people do, you have her face toward the camera. Orbweavers like her usually have their heads pointed downward to see what’s coming at them from below. She kind of looks like a zeppelin in your photo ( if they had eight arms at one end).
