Hello Moondo 13, I can’t tell from the photo, too dark. All spiders have some venom and none that you’ll see in Washington hunt humans. He can be like a pet that you don’t touch, just watch. Spiders in our houses help kill insects that we don’t want in our houses. My house has lots of spiders living with us. If you don’t squeeze him or press skin against him he won’t have any reason to defend himself. Hopefully someone else will recognize him and give you more info. I also live in Lynnwood, and see a TON of these guys in my apartment. I have yet to solidly identify them. I am torn between the common grass spider, or a wolf spider. They are usually very quick and hard to get good pictures of, and range from really dark like yours, or a little lighter brown.
