Looks like a Striped Fishing Spider but was not found near any water.

I think Dolomedes tenebrosus, dark banded fishing spider. I don’t know how this and the striped fishing spider are different visually, other than the abdominal pattern. Fishing spiders are hunters as well as fishers. They hunt on land when they aren’t hanging out at the docks.
