Hi, they all have some venom to kill prey and for desperate self-defense. This one doesn’t have a lot. I’m not sure which species it is, but it is an orbweaver/garden spider. The zigzag webs are called stabilimentum (the singular is stabilimenta). It looks like it is in the genus Neoscona or Argiope. They are calm spiders that never try to attack big animals like people as long as you don’t hurt them. The photo looks great!
Hi all, does any one know what spider is this… is it venomous or not ???
