Comments & ID Thoughts

Unfortunately, I am not very educated in the field of Arachnology so The information I provide may not be very helpful.

.The Spider was vibrant with yellow, orange and white stripes on its legs
.It's abdomen had a symmetrical bumpy surface.
.The Spider had an interesting 'X' pose. I am not aware how common or relevant
this point is
.The spider spanned about 5 inches in diameter in it's over all spread out
Circumference
.I suspect the spider being female because I found two smaller spiders which were
very similar in shape and color, they were a little less than half the size of
the one illustrated
.The web was built in a cement cylinder with trash in it, there was a tree over
it. The location i found this cylinder was in middle of an open space with dirt
and grass surrounded by trees.

I am very curious as to what this spider is and find out how rare or common of a
find it is because i find this spider very aesthetically pleasing

Your spider is one of the Orb Weavers in the family Araneidae. It is definitely a female. The ‘X’ pose you describe and the white zig-zag of silk in the web are important clues. The Zig-zag of silk is called a stabilimentum. That and the pose indicate that your spider is one of the Argiope species. I’m not familiar enough with the Argiope species of India but looking here: https://spiderid.com/spider/araneidae/argiope/
may help you pin down which species it is.
