Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I don’t think I can determine with certainty from this image whether or not this is a Widow. I can’t make out any red underneath, but sometimes the red markings on the ventral of a Northern Black Widow (Latrodectus variolus) are very sparse and your spider is curled up with a leg obscuring part of that area. The legs aren’t particularly robust so it may be a Steatoda (False Black Widow).
