male? I don’t recognize it at all.
Haha, same here. It looks male-ish, thorax to abdomen ratio, but that’s not exact science. All I see is an aranaeidae species, but that’s it.
I need to buy more books…
I don’t have any spider books at all though I have countless nature books. BUT, my family is always happy to buy science books for me off my wishlist. So, it’s time to make a list for Santa 😉 Check out my discussion with Dr. Calum Ewing about what he recommend for me to use. It is under the Illinois discussions next to a marbled orbweaver. If you can’t find it I’ll transfer it to you.

Yeah, I can’t find that thread. I’m curious what mr Ewing recommends. Good spider books used to be hard to find.
