Hi, did you get a photo of the other side of the spider? Her body and web look like that of an orbweaver. The four dot pattern on her ventral surface matches Argiope aurantia, but she seems to be missing the yellow bands. If that is her species her back would have black and yellow bands and about six dots. She’s harmless, unless you’re an insect or male spider.
