I got bit by this spider on my lower back yesterday morning at about 6:15- I immediately felt the bite, shook my shirt out and this dude fell to the floor. I went to the hospital because it was hurting so bad. They gave me some morphine and Benadryl and told me to keep an eye on it, and to go back if it got worse or developed into something more than puncture wounds. The nurse said the puncture wounds were about 2mm across from one another. I put the picture up on Facebook- some think it’s a brown recluse, others say wood. I think it’s a hobo spider.. but I’m not sure. It’s the morining after, and bite is still itchy, and on a scale of 1-10, I’d say the pain is about a 3 or 4, whereas yesterday it was 9-10.
