It has the body shape of a crab spider with wide front legs. I don’t think it’s an orbweaver. Orbweavers have smaller chelicerae because they have webs to catch and restrain the prey. Orbweavers hold their legs at a different angle. On the ground, they have their feet planted angled downward. Crab spiders are built to lunge and grab, they hold their legs like they are ready to jump and/or catch in any direction, like a crab. Can someone identify this spider. It was found in a laundry basket with clean clothes. Indoors.
