Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a False Wolf Spider in the genus Zoropsis.

Your cat is probably more likely to eat the spider. I’m not aware of them being poisonous to pets but I also don’t think studies are often done on such things. I do not know how a cat would react to a bite. They are not considered to be of medical significance to people, everyone’s immune system is different though.
