what can i guess is that the family is Tetragnathidae. the genus maybe the Tylorida.

Tetragnathidae is my first thought too. I don’t know which genus, maybe there is enough detail on the palp to make an educated guess. If you can achieve greater magnification and better lighting it is the details on the palps of mature male spiders that are used to ID these to species.
