Not shure what this,cuite is but the only likeness I see is with a fisher spider but hes not the right color

Hi, your cute spider probably is a fishing spider, I think you had it right. There are white-banded fishing spiders, Dolomedes albineus. They may be in your area though they don’t have a photo under Virginia spiders here.
