That is a Huntsman Spider in the family Sparassidae, one of the Heteropoda species.
Agree,,a male Heteropoda venatoria. Awful fast but as harmless as they are fast. Had one in my room a couple months just like him. They use huntsman in movies for their formidable size and looks, yet very easy to handle.
