What I can make out looks like possibly Tigrosa helluo (Wolf Spider), or something similar. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance. Everyone’s immune system is different though.

Hi, to see the spot without help you can use your phone to take a pic for yourself to see. There is a slight risk of infection from the puncture wound. If the spot feels hot or looks like it is getting bigger or if the small blood vessels in the area become inflamed please see a doctor. What TangledWeb said. If you feel there is cause for concern see a doctor. I filed to family because of the lack of detail but the spider is very likely Tigrosa helluo. Good luck with everything!
