Bites while you are sleeping are more likely from blood sucking insects. If a spider was in the sheets it might bite in self defense. You can reduce the number of spiders you find in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside.
These are two different spiders I was bit by one while I was asleep please help me out and let me know if they are poisonous and what kind they are.
