Comments & ID Thoughts
All 3 sightings of this spider happened at night 2 times near the ceiling of my shower near a different spider's web, and once in my kitchen. It's about the size of an American dime legs and all. 1st time seeing it was mid November after a bunch of boxes were pulled out of storage.

The white on its neck is just a glare from the flash and its legs are all intact. It’s just the angle of the legs that make it look like that. It’s not hairy at all.
Do you have any other photos of it? It looks like a cobweaver/tangleweb type of spider. They’re tricky to ID without having the markings visible. I’ve been experimenting with taking their photos. Low background light and low flash at a downward diagonal seems to work best so far. Too much light causes flash glare and makes them see-through. They are a bit photosensitive too, they’ll try to escape direct light. I have the occasional unwilling photography subject around the house. So…that’s my exciting hobby 😉
