Comments & ID Thoughts
I am wholly ignorant about spider identification, as a forewarning.
This spider was found in my house this AM. In the photo provided I have lightened the background colors,in person it appeared darker brown. The item on which it is photographed measures 2.25" in width (full width shown). It was on a wooden item and that item had been transported within the previous day to northern Wisconsin as well.
I am sure this will be a very easy identification, although my photo may make it more challenging.
Thank you!!!

Hi, this is a Funnel Weaver (Agelenidae), tentatively given the image quality this looks like a Barn Funnel Weaver, Tegenaria domestica.
For sure for sure? It’s light pattern seemed more centralized than the striping I’m seeing on some of the other spiders. And it was just so ‘thick’ but, as I said I am really clueless about this and just wanna be sure I have nothing to be anxious about.
