Hi, this looks like a Wall Spider (Oecobiidae) in the genus Uroctea. There are several species in your range that I can’t find dorsal patterns for so I’m not sure which exact one. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though.
