This doesn't look like a spider native to the UK, but I'm no expert.

It’s very unlikley to be anything that isn’t already found in the UK, but it’s too difficult to ID without a clearer pic. Whatever it is it is harmless.
When taking pics of small things it’s better not to use the digital zoom, as it reduces the resolution and makes the image blurry.
That’s good advice about the digital zoom! I’m shopping for a true magnifying clip-on “macro” lens for my phone.
I tried a few, including the olloclip (which was a rip off and returned), I’m on my second macro clip-on by a brand called VicTsing, which cost about 4.99 and works fine. They take a little getting used to because the depth of focus is fixed, but are well worth it if/when you don’t have a normal camera/macro lens.
