Do you have any other photos you could upload, please? Does it say on the grape’s packet where they came from? What happened to the spider?

Hi, the banding on the legs is consistent with a Widow (Latrodectus) which are known to turn up in bags of grapes from time to time. It’s probably a Brown Widow, Latrodectus geometricus. I’m not sure beyond genus from this image though.
