What kind of spider is this?
This is a Hacklemesh Weaver (Metaltella simoni)
Hi, this is actually a Callobius sp. (Amaurobiidae) … they’re in a different family from the species suggested initially but go by the same common name of Hacklemesh Weaver. Reddish ones like this are usually Callobius severus.
