I'm not entirely sure but think this is a 'Antrodiaetus pacificus' or folding trap door spider as it looks very similar in shape, size, and colour to those photographed.

This one is mostly black with some dark brown on its legs and along its underside, as well as tan areas at the joints. It is also sporting some large fangs, which made me concerned as this was found in my family's home albeit dead.
