Any idea what kind of spider this is? The eves of my house is all of a sudden infested with these and now their egg sacks... I have 2 young children so I need to figure it out asap.

Anybody????? Any ideas or maybes because I’ve never seen these in Hawaii before and there’s thousands of egg sacks in the rafters of my 120’x8′ covered pourch wrapping 3 sides of my house and I need to make a decision asap whether I’m going to pressure wash+bleach them all off then spray under the porch to kill whatever didn’t die or bust out my liquid propane flame thrower to melt the spider’s off my house then repaint my porch afterwards since most of the paint will be gone also I am a single father of my 9 year old son… Read more »
Hi, this is a Cobweb Spider (Theridiidae), Theridion sp. or something close to it. They’re not considered to be of medical significance.
