Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 We don’t deal with bites here, just spider IDs, unless you saw the spider bite you we have no way of knowing if it is the cause of your wound. Many unrelated medical conditions look like spider bites. That being said … yes, this is a Recluse (Loxosceles sp.) and by range is most likely a Loxosceles reclusa (Brown Recluse).
