It looks like it’s in the widow family. Most likely is and poisonous
Yes, it looks like a Northern Black Widow, Latrodectus variolus. Weirdly, it isn’t the only one we’ve been shown on a pair of pants at Walmart in the last half year. Remove the Black Widow before trying on pants.
