I do not know what kind of spider this is but i would like to know!, it's not black, its like the darkest brown.

Yes. Thank you for clarifying that it is dark brown. It doesn’t have any of the black or brown widows’ markings visible, so it is probably a false widow. Possibly Parasteatoda or Steatoda. They are all in the same family, Theridiidae. The venom potency of each to other kinds of animals varies. Black widows are the most potent to us, but false widows and brown widows can kill black widows.
