I think this is a black house spider. I found her on the outside wall of my house this afternoon. I live at ~1100 ft elevation in east Clark county, Washington State. Zip code 98606.

It looks like one of the White-eyed Spiders in the family Amaurobiidae, Possibly one of the Amaurobius species.
