I was bitten multiple times in my car by this guy. Any clue?

i his guy bit me about 10 times on the neck last night. Large, itchy, whelts. What is it?
The shape looks like a crab spider. If it was in your bed and your neck was on it it would bite you automatically in reaction to the perception that it might be squished to death if it doesn’t get you to move. The venom is relatively weak for most people. It can vary by person The itchy bites can last awhile. If you have witch hazel solution, I recommend it for disinfecting the bite area because the product contains isopropyl alcohol. The witch hazel extract in it can reduce swelling a little.
