Hi, this is an orbweaver kind of spider. The pattern of color bands on her legs (red and white turning to black and white toward her feet) are the pattern of a marbled orbweaver, Araneus marmorous. That is the best I can do for an ID, I can’t see other features of her clearly. Her primary prey is large flying insects that she’ll catch with a round orb web. If there is a plant or small shrub with an insect infestation she may wrap it in webbing to contain multiple prey insects, particularly beetles.
