Small dark green spider, long legs, darker body, large mandibles - possibly Tetragnatha viridian?
Found it crawling on my shoulder, moved it to the curtain.

It certainly looks like Tetragnatha. There is only one distinctly green Tetragnatha in North America, so I agree that you are right. It is Tetragnatha viridis, the Green Long-jawed Orb Weaver.
