Hi, welcome to Spider ID. This image isn’t clear enough for me to ID it. It’s likely one of three things, a Long-legged Sac Spider (Cheiracanthium mildei), a Sac Spider (Clubionidae), or a Ghost Spider (Anypheanidae).
