My sister took this picture in Eastern Wa and at first I was thinking hobo but she said it was hanging from the ceiling and I've never seen a hobo hang from a web or on a ceiling for that matter, my understanding is they're not the best climbers. She's pretty convinced it's a recluse but supposedly they don't live in my state. Thanks in advance! (It's on the ceiling in this picture, not the floor)
