I wish I could add more pictures as this is the underside of the spider I posted a few minutes ago it does have the orange hour glass so I am guessing brown widow? Can anyone confirm?

Yes, I can’t make out enough detail in the other image to distinguish it from a Western Black Widow (L. hesperus), but just going on the shape of the hour glass this is most likely a Brown Widow (L. geometricus).
