Found in a bathroom at are town house , there’s is a lot of wood In the townhouse, is this a brown recluse , and if so , if there’s one does that mean more?

Yes, this is a Recluse and where there is one there are often more. You can reduce the number of spiders in your home by sealing cracks around doors, floors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside. Sticky traps are also effective behind furniture where the wall meets the floor and may be placed in other areas that otherwise can’t be sealed off. Although these are considered to be of medical significance given how common they are bites are relatively rare, and serious reactions even more rare.
