I am in SE Florida and these guys are all over my ceiling. Wondering what they are and if they have anything to do with water damage in home.

Hi, these are Wall Spiders (Oecobius sp.). I suppose if water damage invites an increase of prey species inside the home and makes it easier for them to get in it could have something to do with it.
