I have never seen a spider that looked like this before. I was looking at a fishing spot near the river(saltwater) and walking through an open field of dry grass. When i game near the river I began to walk through flowers and thicker grass. I stepped over the spider thinking it was a shell, did a double take, and went back to see what it was, it was about the size of a golf ball.
