But I’m pretty sure this isn’t a spider.
Is it maybe a House Centipede?

Yes, you are correct that is not a spider but one of the Scutigera species of centipedes. They are native to the Mediterranean countries but have spread to other areas where they are usually found in homes or other buildings where they can stay warm.
