What is this spider and what are the attributes
Hi, this isn’t a spider, it’s a bug of some-sort. What looks like a fourth pair of legs are antennae.
It’s an insect in order Hemiptera. The easiest way to identify it would be to find a chart of Hemipterans and compare the markings.
These thing litterally smell like green apple candy, I used to see them all the time when I lived in Seattle.
It looks like a stink bug, too bad they don’t all smell like candy.
I think it’s a Western Conifer Seedbug, Leptoglossus occidentalis. According to Wikipedia, “..sometimes they can smell pleasantly of apples…”
