Is this venomous?
Hi, this is Dysdera crocata. Yes, almost all spiders have venom, but most aren’t medically significant to the average person. Most spiders will only bite under distress. This species, Woodlouse Hunting Spider, has fangs for killing specific prey. It can rarely bite a person. There are completely false stories about them in social media. They aren’t a species to worry about in reality.
Good identification! I thought it seemed like a brown recluse but Dysdera Crocata is definitely it!
