I found it dangling from a bathroom light. It is quite small around 1cm. It has tiny sort-of-claws and white almost transparent fang thingies

I’m not familiar with the species in your region but can tell you the family is Salticidae, it is a Jumping Spider.
Could very well be a male tan jumper (Platycryptus undatus) by the looks of those markings and the size.
