Caught coming out of cabinet above stove. Thought maybe weird house spider but someone mentioned a poisonous weaver as the culprit. Makes non stop web.

I don’t believe in Poisonous Weavers 😉 Weird House Spiders, sure. Do you have any other photos? They can be submitted as individual new posts. I found the other photo. Is either one color filtered? The legs on it look like genus Argiope, the abdomen doesn’t match any that I know. Hopefully, new clear angles on it will help. It doesn’t look like anything dangerous, at least.
I posted another picture besides this one. It’s coloration point more towards a brown widow but it’s lower body point toward weaver of some sort. With it being inside makes me think weird house spider. I’ve never seen one like this but we have many weavers that live right outside our Windows and doors. Easily could have come in due to the wacky weather.
