Hi, it is an opilione arachnid, which is a different kind of arachnid than spiders are. It has all of its organs contained in one exoskeleton compartment instead of the two connected compartments that spiders have. It also can’t make silk or venom, but has an advantage in having some ability to chew. Spiders have to liquify and drink their nutrients.
