Found this spider running very quickly across my living room rug. I caught it on the paper and released it outside.

Hi, this looks like a Red-spotted Ant-mimic, Castianeira descripta. I need to make species page when I have more time.
I mean … that’s Adriene the Yoga Spider. Haha.

Thank you! I am guessing that they are not poisonous! It moved very fast!
Like most spiders they have venom but are unlikely to bite except in self defense and are not considered to be of medical significance.
