Hi, this is one of the Crevice Weavers, tentatively Kukulcania hibernalis (Southern House Spider). There are more species in the genus out west and in Mexico that are very similar looking.
This species is not considered to be of medical significance and can be beneficial as it will prey on less desirable things. Some spider enthusiasts keep these as pets. The males are often mistaken for Brown Recluse however, but are easily distinguished by the distinctively long appendages near the spider’s mouth.
