Need help identifying this spider found in my kitchen. All black with orange/red striped legs. South Wales. Britan

Please help identify
It is one of the Orb Weaver Spiders in the family Araneidae. They build the typical round ‘orb’ webs for catching flying insects. Do you have any other pictures of it? We’d need to see it from the top to get a more precise identification for you.

It was also playing dead. Wrapped his legs up and led on its side untill I put the cup over it then he got up and started running again. All black no markings other than on his legs which were red/orange stripes.
