Possibly a Thinlegged Wolf Spider (Lycosidae), Pardosa sp.. I can’t make the details out well enough to be sure.
it might be Pardosa Vancouveri, who knows because its dark, these are pretty common in grasslands (that are not mowed down) in Washington
