Hi, this is a Jumping Spider in the genus Phidippus. Tentatively a Regal Jumper, Phidippus regius.
Not dangerous. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medial significance and are unlikely to bite except in self defense. Everyone’s immune system is different though.
